Ingredients

45 gm Custom Culinary® Gold Label Clam Base
2 L Water
10 each Shrimp, large, raw
20 each Mussels, fresh, cleaned
10 each Clams, little neck, cleaned
1 each Lobster tail, 0.25 kg cut in pieces
285 gm Sea bass, fresh, skinned, boned, large diced
9 ml Garlic, fresh, minced
18 ml Ginger, fresh, peeled, chopped fine
30 ml Lemon grass, fresh, sliced
30 ml Lime juice, fresh
120 ml Red bell pepper, small diced
120 ml Yellow bell pepper, small diced
120 ml Green bell pepper, small diced
30 ml Scallions, chopped
30 ml Parsley, fresh, Italian, chopped

Directions

  1. In an 8 Liter cook pot, combine Gold Label Clam Base and water. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except scallions and parsley. Lower heat to medium, cover and cook 10-15 minutes until seafood is cooked through.
  3. Divide into 10 equal portions. Serve hot and garnish with scallions and parsley.
