85 gm Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base - Halal
120 ml Red onions, julienne cut
175 ml Celery, thin sliced
175 ml Carrots, shredded
32/47 kg Chicken breast, cooked in chicken broth, pulled, boneless chilled
225 gm Pasta cooked al dente (short good of choice - orzo, ditalini, cavatappi, etc.)

Directions

  1. In an 8 Liter cook pot over medium high heat, bring water and Gold Label Chicken Base to a boil.
  2. Add onions, celery, and carrots. Cook until onions are tender.
  3. Add chicken meat, simmer 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add cooked pasta at service time or into each portion for best texture.
